This post resonates so much with me, especially as of late.

Just this morning, I: overslept, had trouble putting together an unwrinkled work outfit, fought with my toddler to change out of her pajamas, and rushed out the door only to realize I left my lunch on the kitchen table. If I had been more organized I would have minimized most of that stress (except maybe the defiant toddler).
