Printable calendar pages are one of the organizing tools I use most often! Keeping track of the schedule, setting goals, and planning events are just a few of the things you can do with these free printable calendars!
Every year I share a free printable calendar on the blog. People seem to really love calendars, and I can see why– they’re useful for so many different ways of staying organized!
Recently I’ve been getting a bunch of requests for different variations of the calendar printables, such as a vertical calendar, undated calendar, or calendar with a Monday start (rather than Sunday).
Well, who am I to deprive people of the calendars they really need? 😉 So I created a bunch of different options, and you can grab them all below!

Here are just a few ways that I’ve used printable calendar pages to stay organized:
- listing appointments, meetings, and commitments for each month

- setting deadlines and planning details of short & long-term projects
- keeping track of workouts
- developing a habit that I’m trying to establish
- keeping a food log
- keeping track of medications that need to be taken
- tracking daily symptoms of an illness
- writing down a favorite moment from each day of the year
- tracking a baby or child’s milestones
- making a reading plan or tracking how many minutes I’ve read each day
- creating an “acts of kindness” calendar
- making a schedule for all of the projects we want to complete in our home this year
- counting down to an important event
- managing my blog’s editorial calendar
- keeping track of events and meetings for a club or organization

2025 Monthly Calendar – Landscape Orientation, Sunday Start
The dated monthly calendar in landscape orientation with a Sunday start is the calendar I use most often. It’s the one I see most traditionally used in the United States, and it’s the version I’ve offered on the blog each year! It’s very versatile and can be used to track or plan whatever event or goal you’re currently working on.
2025 Monthly Calendar – Portrait Orientation, Sunday Start
Whenever I want to clip my printable calendar into a binder, I often reach for a portrait version so that I don’t have to turn the binder every time I want to write something down or check my schedule! If you’re in the US and are used to a Sunday start to the week, this vertical calendar may be just what you’re looking for.
2025 Monthly Calendar – Landscape Orientation, Monday Start
It is my understanding that outside of the United States, calendars typically start with Monday as the first day of the week, so I wanted to make sure I provided that option for our international readers! I wouldn’t forget about you!
Printable calendars with a Monday start can also be useful if you’re planning for a school or work week.

Again, if you’d like to use your Monday start calendar clipped into a binder, the vertical option might be helpful.
Undated Calendar – Landscape Orientation, Sunday Start
Maybe you’d like to plan for a different year or just want more freedom to set up your calendar the way you’d like it. The undated calendar options are perfect for that!
Get organized in no time with this landscape orientation monthly calendar with a Sunday start!
Undated Calendar – Portrait Orientation, Sunday Start
Calendars in portrait orientation can be great for list-makers because they have more vertical space to add items. 🙂
This undated calendar with a Sunday start has room for lists upon lists upon lists!
Undated Calendar – Landscape Orientation, Monday Start
For our flexibility-loving international readers and/or students, this undated calendar in landscape orientation with a Monday start could be just what you’re looking for!

Thank you for sharing your calendars, To keep track of all our appointments when my late husband of 54yrs had cancer I used a calendar and coloured coded each of our ordinary appointments with a blue highlighter for his and a pink highlighter for my own appts. I worked out a system to have different highlighter colours for Dr – Oncologist – Xrays – Blood tests – MRI etc etc It just made it so easy to make sure we didn’t double up with appts and one could see at a glance whether it was Xray day or blood test day and so on.
So glad they will be helpful for you! <3

I love, love, love your calendars! I use the horizonal format on the wall and the vertical format for my planner. They have enough color to be fun without being distracting. I’m wondering when you will release the 2024 version. I am a teacher and will begin planning for next year soon. Thank you for a beautiful product.
Thank you so much for your sweet words! I will probably have the 2024 calendars up in the next month or so!
