Free Productivity Printable: Daily Three Things
If you’ve been in a slump, this daily three things productivity printable can help you get focused and spend your time accomplishing the most important things in your day!
Recently I found myself in a major productivity slump. I took a trip, my kids’ activity schedules changed, we had some extra outside projects we were trying to work on, and I was having trouble settling into a good routine.
When I’m out of a routine, I find myself more easily distracted. I waste more time. I have trouble focusing. And I find myself looking for excuses to do anything BUT the things that I know are important.
Anytime I find myself floundering like this, I know I have to do something to regain focus again. For me, that often involves creating a printable to help organize my thoughts. And since I was feeling so scattered this time, I decided to keep it really, really simple.
I pared down my to-do list to just three things per day. That’s it. And I made a pretty printable to help me.
Daily Three Things Productivity Printable
Each day I wrote down the three most important things I wanted to accomplish that day. Anything above and beyond that was a bonus.
I found that it was often the most important things that I was putting off because they were hard or tedious or I was just not looking forward to them for one reason or another.
By defining my priorities and completing those items first, it helped me to get my key tasks out of the way. And THEN if I had time, I could move on to the things that weren’t as essential (but were maybe a little bit more fun, in some cases 🙂 ).
I thought this simple productivity printable may be helpful to others as well, so of course I’m sharing it with you too! You can download it below.
